These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trader’s Room (the “Service”), operated by Trader’s Room, an individual sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”), at https://tradersroom.ai. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your information is accurate. The Service is not directed to anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful; you are responsible for your own legal compliance.
Trader’s Room is an entertainment and informational product for observing an autonomous AI. You watch “David,” a fictional character driven by an automated direction-prediction engine, go about a simulated day; his state (resting, watching, entering, holding, taking profit, etc.) reflects the engine’s activity on Bitcoin. The Service also displays a live Bitcoin chart, technical indicators, a record of the engine’s past trades, and related content.
You are paying to observe this AI character and its activity. The Service does not act on your behalf, manage money, or send you personalized signals to trade.
The Service does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own decisions (see Section 10).
You must create an account and keep an active subscription for most features. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account, and must notify us of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. As Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, refunds may also be subject to its policy. If you were charged in error, contact tradersroomai@gmail.com and we will review in good faith.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use while subscribed. You will NOT:

The Service — its design, text, graphics, character and narrative elements (including “David”), software, and data presentation — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP law. No ownership transfers to you. Third-party marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
The Service relies on third parties including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Supabase (backend/hosting), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Resend (email), and public market-data/news sources. We are not responsible for third-party services. Market data and news are provided “as is” and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Any statistics shown (win rate, wins/losses, trade count, cumulative % results) describe past activity of the automated engine, for information only. Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results. Figures may be adjusted, restated, or affected by errors or data issues. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figure, signal, indicator, or price.
Trading and holding cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin involves substantial risk, including total loss. Prices are highly volatile. The Service does not know your situation and nothing in it is tailored to you.
By using the Service you acknowledge and accept these risks.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING/INVESTMENT LOSSES, FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should survive termination do.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we update the “Last updated” date and give notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
