This Privacy Policy explains how Trader’s Room, an individual sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Trader’s Room (the “Service”) at https://tradersroom.ai. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information you provide — account email and password (stored hashed by our auth provider; we never see your plaintext password) and any messages you send us.
Collected automatically — basic technical/usage data (browser, device, interactions) to operate and secure the Service. We store preferences (language, theme, chart timeframe, “stay logged in”) and your session token in your browser so the Service works.
Payment information — processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). We do NOT collect or store your full card number. We receive limited data such as your email, subscription status, and billing events to manage access.
We do NOT collect your government ID, exchange keys, wallet keys, or funds, and never access your exchange or wallet.
We do NOT sell your personal information.
Where required, we process data based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (securing/improving the Service), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion (Section 8).
